Looking for a drink when you're thirsty but not sweating?

This recipe is designed to help you maintain an optimal level of hydration in that place between just sitting around and working out. You know... life.

With just a hint of sweetness it is flavored with real fruit and our Sport Hydration mix so it contains no artificial sweeteners, coloring agents or preservatives. That means it has everything you need and nothing you don't. The result is a simple and clean taste that you'll actually enjoy drinking.

These simple add-ins will encourage you to hydrate and help you hold a bit more water going into milder workouts, travel, and day-to-day life in general.


Ingredients

1 Heaping teaspoon (1.75 tsp +/- depending on preference) of your Sport Hydration Mix of choice

A squeeze or muddle of lemon, lime, orange or fruit of choice

12 Ounces of water, sparkling water, or flavored sparkling water (the staff favorite is Waterloo)

Optional: Mint, Cucumber, Basil, Ginger, Frozen Fruit as ice cubes, however else you want to get creative!


In a glass or bottle, add water or sparkling water and mix in Sport Hydration.

If mixing with sparkling water leave room in bottle or glass for initial fizzing.

Squeeze or muddle in your fruit or mix-ins of choice.

Get fancy and garnish.
