Watermelon serves many beneficial purposes ranging from being hydrating to being packed with cancer fighting lycopene.
8 cups seedless watermelon chunks
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cups of blueberries
1/2 cup mint leaves, torn
In a large bowl, toss the watermelon with the lemon juice and blueberries. Fold in the mint leaves when ready to serve.
