Keep your meals fresh and crisp with this berry salad, yes you heard right… fun fact, watermelon are berries.

Watermelon serves many beneficial purposes ranging from being hydrating to being packed with cancer fighting lycopene.
8 cups seedless watermelon chunks
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cups of blueberries
1/2 cup mint leaves, torn
In a large bowl, toss the watermelon with the lemon juice and blueberries. Fold in the mint leaves when ready to serve.
