Mangos, bananas and peaches mixed with our Exercise Hydration Mix make for a refreshing, rehydrating and delicious frozen treat!
We love to use mango nectar, banana and peaches to make these popsicles, but you could use whatever summer fruits you have on hand to mix up something delicious!
No matter what ingredients you choose, be sure to mix in a single serving of our Exercise Hydration Mix and be sure that you have 24 oz of liquid before you freeze your popsicles. (This amount of liquid will make 6 popsicles - we don't want anyone to be left out!)
Mango + Peach + Banana Popsicles
- 16 oz of mango nectar
- 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen will work)
- 1 ripe + juicy peach
- 1 single serving of Exercise Hydration Mix with Pineapples
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. You ought to have 24 oz of liquid, but if you don't, add a bit more mango nectar or banana. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and allow to freeze for 8 hours until firm. Enjoy!
