Use our Exercise Hydration Mix to make up a batch of these refreshing, rehydrating and delicious frozen treats!
These are an unexpectedly fresh (and hydrating) dessert after a spicy meal. (Or a run in the hot sun!) We recommend using our Exercise Hydration with Pineapples, but you could use the Lemons + Limes flavor as well!
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup almond milk, or other alternative milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 single serving of Exercise Hydration Mix with Pineapples or Lemons + Limes
- Juice of 1/2 lime + lime zest (to taste)
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. You ought to have 24 oz of liquid, but if you don't, add a bit more milk, coconut milk or banana. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and allow to freeze for 8 hours until firm. Enjoy!
